This relates to police log 635 of the 10th. July 2009. A male called at a property in the Rackenford area recently saying that he had a load of chippings left over and could he dump them in the lane. The householder agreed and the chippings were dumped. The male returned later demanding a large sum of money for laying the chippings and used threats to get part of it. The elderly living alone are particularly vulnerable to this type of incident. Please warn neighbours, family, etc. about it. Please phone with any information on 08452 777 444.
